PARRY ATHLETICS ships via FedEx / Canada Post for all domestic orders and via DHL for orders placed from the US or internationally. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email outlining your order details and tracking information.

If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. Please note, wings+horns does not ship to freight forwarders.

 

Shipping Rates *Rates may adjust depending on region

Orders within Canada  – $10 CAD
Orders to the United States – $20 CAD
International Orders – $40 CAD

Please note: “Free Shipping” promotions are only valid for orders to Canada and the United States.

 

Order Processing

All orders placed on wingsandhorns.com from Monday-Friday will begin processing within 3 days. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday, as our shipping department is closed on weekends. PARRY ATHLETICS will ship out orders within 72 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to high demand on special project items, please allow 3-5 business days for PARRY ATHLETICS to process and ship these orders. In order for any transaction to be approved, the billing and shipping addresses must match the address associated with the credit card being used.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within Canada and the US, and 7-12 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. All orders shipping to Canada and the United States require a signature upon delivery.

Please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

 

Lost + Damaged Items

PARRY ATHLETICS is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. Damages in transit are the responsibility of FedEx/Canada Post  and DHL. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. PARRY ATHLETICS does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
