Returns & Exchanges

Full-Priced Items

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. Include proof of purchase with your return.

Note:

  • Marked Down Items are Final Sale.

  • We accept returns of international orders, but it is at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@parryathletics.com within 14 days of purchase. Use the subject line:
    “Return Request – [Your Name] – Order #[1234]”

  2. Include:

    • Reason for return

    • Style number and item description

  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization via email.

  4. Ship your return (in an outer box to protect the original packaging) to:

  5. Returns must be received within 14 days of your ORA# being issued. Late returns will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Include the ORA# in your return package. Returns without it will be rejected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
